Have you ever felt like you have something important to say — but something always stops you?

Welcome to Dandelion seeds for success .

Maybe you were told you were too much. Too emotional. Too quiet. Not professional enough. Not confident enough. Maybe you’ve been carrying those words so long you’ve started to believe them. Those words aren’t the truth about you. They’re stories and stories can be changed .Those words aren’t the truth about you. They’re stories and stories can be changed.

Dandelion Tales is a warm, low-pressure peer community for women who are ready to start telling a different story about themselves — in their own time, in their own way, without pressure or performance.

Your Story is not a weed ! It's a dandelion seed. When you tell it, you never know how far it will travel or where it will land — but it can grow into something beautiful and useful.

Dandelion Seeds for Success

  • Includes 1 product
  • Includes 1 private space

A monthly membership for women who have been told — directly or quietly — that their story doesn't matter. You know the script: "No one wants to hear about me." It came from somewhere. Family, culture, history, the weight of generations. And it's been living in your head, rent-free, for long enough.

Story Seeds won't ask you to perform your healing for applause. It will simply invite you, every Wednesday, to notice something small.

A dandelion seed is light enough to be carried by the smallest breath. It can land in concrete and still grow. And every part of it — root, leaf, flower — has been used for healing. Your stories are the same. They have survived poor soil. They have grown in cracks. And when you let one out, you never know whose ground it will take root in — including your own.

How it works

Each week you'll recieve a short email with a bit of training about where our negative scripts come from, how they work, and why they're not the truth and a story prompt to help you overcome these scripts and develop your storytelling.

  • A monthly story prompt designed to help you explore and gently challenge one of the internal scripts holding you back

  • A practical storytelling tip from Pollie — drawn from her STAR Storytelling System, years of narrative therapy training, and her own lived experienc

  • A warm, active community of women sharing their stories, supporting each other, and growing together at their own pacethrough Telegram

  • Audio and voice note options so you can engage in the way that works best for your brain and your life

Sometimes you'll write for twenty minutes. Some weeks you'll read, nod, and close the email. Both are fine. The only rule no guilt.

No lock-in. No hustle.

This Is for you

  • You’re ready to gently start rewriting the scripts that have been holding you back

What This Is Not

Dandelion Tales is a peer storytelling and personal development community. It is not a therapy service or a crisis support service.

Pollie holds a Diploma in Narrative Therapy (Dip.Narrative.therapy) from an SFTR-accredited provider and a Certificate of Higher Education in Psychology from the Open University, and brings over a decade of youth work and safeguarding experience. She is trauma-aware in her approach and will always signpost to qualified professional support when needed.

If you are in crisis or need urgent support, please contact Samaritans on 116 123 (free, 24/7) or your GP.

About Pollie

Pollie Rafferty Dip.Narrative.therapy, Cert HE Psychology is known globally as the Speakers Storyteller. She is a neurodiverse entrepreneur, author, storyteller, international speaker, and founder of Change the Script and Dandelion Tales.

Pollie discovered performance storytelling in 2004 while overcoming crippling anxiety that had kept her trapped in her own home. Since then she has spent years researching storytelling and narratology, trained with a former UK Storytelling Laureate, and developed the STAR Storytelling System — her own original framework for helping women find and share their stories with confidence.

She has lived experience of neurodivergence (autistic, ADHD), fibromyalgia, hypermobile EDS, anxiety and depression — and has used the power of story to change her own life from the inside out. She knows what it feels like to be silenced. And she knows the way through.

From Pollie

I have been there

I spent years thinking I was broken that there was something wrong, I grew up thinking no one was interested In what I had to say, that I was stupid. To survive I shut up, hid my own voice and just went along with whatever was going on, this did not always turn out well.

I believed all the negative stories and thought my personal story didn't matter no-one wanted to listen to me, I had not done anything special there were people that had experienced so much more. I was to scared to speak about my own life, the battles with anxiety, depression overcoming abuse and health issues. But all that changed when I started sharing so I created my own structure to change the Internal scripts that were holding me back, My Life is just getting better and I want to share this with you so you don't spend years like I did trying to figure it out.
